School Bus #192 Playset

School Bus #192 Playset

The vintage Fisher-Price Little People School Bus is the longest-running toy in the Little People line. First introduced in 1965, the School Bus was also the very first set to feature peg-sided Little People figures, although the dog was occasionally made with straight sides in some early versions. During its first decade of production, the set included several exclusive figures that have since become highly collectible, including the extremely sought-after tan Lucky dog with both a tan face and tan body. The bus itself changed over time, losing its original swing-out stop sign after 1973 and receiving a few minor design updates in the 1980s. All versions were made with a wood base until 1989, after which the base was produced in plastic.
