This set is in good used condition and is complete with all original pieces and figures. The building base itself is a little faded to orange color and has a few faded spots (like on the lunch counter - see photos). The lithos are in decent condition for age with no major defects noticed. All seven mail pieces are included as well as the 2nd floor storefront piece. Great complete playset for any collector!
