The Fisher-Price Little People Lift & Load Depot #942 kicked off the Lift & Load series in 1977, breaking from the family and child-focused themes of earlier Little People sets by featuring three adult construction worker figures. Its unusual yet inventive design includes an orange crank-operated bucket conveyor that lifts and dumps cargo along a slanted ramp, plus a yellow crane on top that moves along a track with a black chain and hook to transport cargo from the ground to the upper-level warehouse. Collectors know the yellow crane and black chain are often missing, making this a harder set to complete.
Set is in good, clean, used condition and includes almost all the original accessories. It is missing one black barrel, one orange crate, and one tan crate (included a black one instead).
